Jo Reid

Jo decided to try out advertising and marketing as a career route for a couple of years after leaving university before she worked out what she really wanted to do and 25 years later is still trying it out. She’s worked as a strategic planner at many advertising agencies, both in the UK and overseas, and spent time broadening her experience at other marketing-related consultancies and working as a freelance brand and research consultant. Brands wise there are few sectors left untouched – the fact that several products with which she’s worked don’t exist anymore is not (entirely) down to her. She met Simon at Lowe and has worked with him several times over the years. When she’s not asking and answering questions at work she’s an avid and highly competitive participant in pub quizzes but despite having worked in a creative industry for so long has still to come up with a good team name (suggestions welcome).
